What types of events do you cater?

As a full-service catering company we have the ability cater a wide range of events. If you can dream it, we can cater it.
We have catered everything from small, intimate events in our client’ homes to extravagant large-scale events, such as catering for the Super Bowl VIP party to themed festivals.
Our experienced coordinators are here for you to discuss the scope of your event and help you navigate the planning process.

Do you offer tastings?

Our private tastings are held by appointment only at our tasting room located in West Tampa. For our wedding couples who are ready to make the next step towards booking - there is a $250 fee for your tasting where you will be served your entire proposed meal along with paired wine service. Please call for more information on scheduling your exclusive tasting.

HOw far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons (spring and fall weddings, holidays). Ideally, 6–12 months in advance is best to insure our availability as many weekends book out in advance.

Do you serve alcohol?

We are fully licensed and insured (we carry a 2 million dollar liability package) to offer full liquor options and have a variety of packages to work with any budget!

Determining the type of beverages you would like to serve is the next step in the budgeting process. The most common options include a full bar, beer and wine only, specialty craft cocktail bars, or non-alcoholic selections. You may also consider coffee or tea service, depending on the style of your event. Including alcoholic beverages on your menu will naturally increase this portion of your budget.

are you full service?

We are a full-service luxury catering company. We have built our reputation by providing attentive service to each of our clients and their guests. Each event is executed by a team of event professionals. Our chefs will prepare your menu in our commercial kitchen. The operations staff will manage all logistics, deliver and set-up your event. The event chef(s) and service team will offer attentive service to your guests during the event as well as clean up after. Naturally, the larger the event and the more complex your menu is, the more staff it requires. We will work with you to find the appropriate staff-to-guest ratio to ensure you will receive outstanding service.

DO YOU OFFER RENTALS?

At Elite Events Catering, we offer many service items including china, flatware, glassware, chafing dishes, service platters, utensils and more. We will work with you to find any specialty rental items through our many vendor partners. In addition to basic service ware, we can assist you with coordinating the proper selection of tables and chair options. We can also offer a vast variety of linens options for your event at competitive rental pricing. Coordinating these items for you can save you hours of planning and set-up, so you can relax and enjoy your Special Event.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We are based in Tampa, FL and service the entire bay area.
Our average event is located within approximately an hour from Tampa’s Downtown area, however we will travel further for events, depending on the scope of the event.
Events that are more than 45 miles from downtown Tampa may incur an additional travel charge.



What is your pricing?

Since each event is unique (time, location, complexity, number of guests, etc.) we are unable to accurately quote pricing on our website. After a quick complimentary phone consultation to hear about your specific needs, we will submit an up-to-date quote which will include complete itemized pricing for your event, including menu, staff and rentals. There will be no hidden fees or miscellaneous service charges!

Do you work in any preferred venues?

Elite Events Catering is honored to be a preferred caterer at a variety of wonderful venues in the Tampa Bay area.
We are also well-equipped to cater at any location (private homes, offices, open spaces, etc.).

do you offer planning services?

We can provide you with exclusive full event management, from finding your perfect venue - to planning your menu and decor - to providing day-of coordination services. We have a highly experienced team of in-house event coordinators who can assist you with your day-of coordination for a discounted price when you hire Elite Events Catering for your special event or wedding.



Do you have a minimum guest count?

No event is too small or too large for the Elite Team.
From intimate seated dinners to large-scale corporate functions, fundraisers, galas and festivals, we have a talented team of professionals who are ready to tackle the logistics of any size event.



what forms of payment do you accept?

We can accept any major credit card, payments by check or cash or online ACH payments/bank transfers.
